xlite connection problem

Hello,
I install vicidialnow 1.1, when I try to connect my xlite phone as agent I have an error 408 (Request timeout).
I try telnet 192.168.1.2 5060 from a windows pc but I can't connect
can you help me to connect phone agent

First turn off your firewall on server (service iptables stop) if everything rest are ok including username/pass as well asterisk server running.
