Hello
i have an small working vicidialnow system (for testing). is there an possibility to use homeofficeplaces? so some agent work at home ? at the moment we use the sip-phones. so i think when the agent login on the browser the vicidial should dial perhaps an isdn number???? so it's possible to use other phones which aren't logged on an asterisk ?
thx

Yes, this should all be possible, have you read the VICIDIAL Manager Manual?

I believe that is in the Paid for Manager Manual. You are looking for EXTERNAL phones entries.
