I'm getting this warning, I know is says wrong password on authentication, but the settings are fine, cuz this only with certain amount of calls, the rest are been dialed perfectly...

I have talk with my voip provider, cuz I thing is on their end, but I need to tell them what exactly is the problem, Can Someone Help me?

I'm using vicidialNow on a Intel Core Duo 1.8hz, 2gb ram.

Two campaign working, one with the AMD working leaving a msg (that's one is using the siptrunk with issue), the other working using IAX2 trunk, both recordings all calls with a delay of 10 seconds.

It looks as you have a limit on number of open ports with provider or your provider is rejecting your calls based on authentication, and not sending you congestion/busy code.

Thanks a lot... I'm trying to fix that with them, I was thinking the same, specially when i figure out that the callerid I sending is not showing to the clients....

who's the provider? many of them have "special needs" in the setup. I have been considering creating a wiki with vici / provider settings for all in use.

There is a possibility of your provider rejecting the call with deferent callerID supplied by your server.
Occasionally I experience similar problem and the solution I use is to setup overflow in your dilaplan with a deferent provider ( preferably more expensive):
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
;exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@VSIPtrunk,55,o) ;test
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@${SIPtrunkI},55,o) ;ip based
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,3,dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@${SIPtrunkII},55,o) ;ip based
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,4,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@otherSIPtrunk,55,o) ;auth based
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,5,Hangup

The provider is VOIP.MS and I would try the overflow, to see how is work and post....

voip.ms ran out of channels this week. call their tech. they were choking clients down and shunting servers because they ran out. sorry voip.ms, it's a support forum. i don't generally say this sort of thing but the client should have been informed.

they were rejecting calls but you don't know why because you had channels left ... i have had that complaint in the last 24 hours from ... others.

Have you tried binfone.com? (OK, blatant ad for the sponsor of this site ... but i would say entirely valid under the circumstances ... and remember techs: I don't work here, i just Play here to keep in shape!)

i also have a special deal with a couple others if you have higher usage (or lower usage, even and just need reliable easy service with tech support ...) and can set you up with a test for quality if you have interest, but BINFONE is actually well-integrated with this software.

Nope, Vitelity is not a sponsor either, we are currently sponsor-less :)

Basically the ViciDial Group is the only sponsor at this point, that and manual sales keep it going.

I'm not sure I should name names ON the site ... but I can set you up with a site that will let you test, and if you like the quality you can add money ... if you don't, you never spent any (and after the test you are ON all you lack is fundage to make more calls ...)

i think i'll contact them and see if we can arrange a sponsorship meeting with Matt. They may match up. LOL
