astGUIclient not dialing

Hi,

I have installed VicidialNOW 1.2. If i call via a softphone logued to asterisk calls perfectly through my carrier, it respects dialplan (context: default)

but when I try to call through the agc (Trying first manual dial) nothing happens, the call is not originated, in fact, nothing is displayed on asterisk CLI. I checked, agc put records on vicidial_manager table, but apparently, these records are not processed, always have the status NEW.

should have a process to take these records from vicidial_manager and execute them, correct? what the cause of mi problem, what can i check?

Do you have leads in hopper? are you able to dial via same asterisk manually? have you use _9 prefix if so is it also setup in a campaign? when you log on to vicidial gui did you phone/softphone ring and did you get a message " you are the only one in this conference"?...
