New 1.2 vicinow problem eye beam 404 error for

this is my carrier configuration :

I am using phone login as cc100 password test and ip 192.168.1.2

eyebeam gets register but when i try to call calls are not going through I am getting 404 error.

please suggest if I am doing any mistake

did you setup a prefix in your dialplan? you may need to dial with 9.
also, do you have two network cards in your asterisk server?
if not you may need to enable nat for you sip trunk and forward proper ports on your firewall
