hi installed the new version of vicidialnow with astguiclient 2.0.5
-can i change my user phones form sip.conf instead of cc100 which is the default i make a setup pattern to 1001 -1030. and form that i add a context on the extensions.conf for that..?
coz when i dial now i got this error: predictive dialing 1:1

If you want to change the phones, do it on the ADMIN -> Phones menu instead of directly in sip.conf.

This will ensure that vicidial is aware of the changes you are making.
