Integration with Encompass LOS?

How difficult would it be to integrate this with Encompass Loan Origination Software by Ellie Mae? This system is based around Microsoft SQL. We take a great deal of inbound calls, and if we could integrate it seamlessly with ViciDial, it would be incredible.

It all depends on what processes and what data you want to integrate with. If it's in a database it's a good chance that it can be integrated with, but if their user interface does lots of stuff to the data outside of the database or the processes are not in an API or clearly defined, then it will be quite expensive to integrate with it.
