predictive dialer in vicidial 1.2

i am a newbie with vicidialnow..i installed vicidialnow 1.2 just few weeks ago..i already added users, groups and campaigns and uploaded new leads...i encountered error in the predictive dialer.i chose ration dialing but calls will not go to the agents, this are the logs of the CLI of the asterisk:

can anyone explain why is this? please help me. will i have to edit the sip config and extensions.conf of the asterisk?

There are actually no errors on the Asterisk CLI messages you posted. Were you able to do manual calls via Vicidial?

yes i can manually calls via vicidial..thanx for your advices guys...i will test this afternoon with the ratio dialing method..i hope this will work
