Sip Trunk Not registering

Hi everyone

I am using VicidialNOW Community Edition 1.2

I am trying to register my sip trunk, on 5094 port because my default sip port 5060 is blocked. I receive following error:

Jun 20 06:43:23 NOTICE[3038]: chan_sip.c:5529 sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for 'sani@216.124.214.221' timed out, trying again (Attempt #1)

while I can connect using same account on xlite.

your guidance will be highly appreciated.

Try forwarding your port from your router to the Vicidial box. You also need ports 10000-20000 to be open. If it still does not work, try using IAX2 with default port 4569 if its supported by your provider.
