Is there a way to install vicidialnow into a partition instead of completely wiping my hard drive?

I don't think dual boot is possible unless you use boot manager to boot from different partition. Otherwise, you may use the virtual machine software.

I thought virtual machine's and vicidial don't mix.
Will the normal vicidialnow installer automatically wipe my hard drive or is there a way to get it to install to a specific partition is my question.

No idea about VicidialNOW, but VICIbox server OS installer has the typical Ubuntu/Debian installer, letting you custom partitioning, softraid etc. etc.
