I see there is something called Cust Time..
It should show customer timing as per timezone ?
If so , in my system it just shows my local timing... Why is it so ?

Are you populating the phone_code field when you load leads?

Phone_code means first 3 digits of phone numbers ?

phone_code is the country code that you are dialing:
1 - USA and Canada
44- UK
etc...
it is not the first 3 digits of the phone number
