Please read the stickies and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net) before posting. In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of 'waiting' time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

Also, you may find that you answer your own question or find out where your answer may be (so you don't have to wait for an answer ...).

Then come back! We're happy to help.

Has this system been online a while (you've been a member a while ...) or is this a new box?

Hello,

One of the ways to know valid extension is to try to call the line using softphones. I had an experience like that sometimes ago. Although I am using Zap interface, the principle is the same. Also try to use s, instead of the telephone number. Somehow vicidial has done some hardcoding that you need to possibly re-write your dial plan. The dial plan that came by default with vicidial will work for North American Numbering Plan or E.164. Once you are out of those plans, you need to do some writings at the extensions.conf. In most cases, you can follow the example in the extensions.conf to get your dial plan well.

Just as Matt wrote if I have more details about your configuration, I may be able to help better.

Please try to get in touch may be its something I can help on.
