Any one Please Tell me if VicidialNow Supports Digium Cards

I have Digium TE110 PRI Card and want to Configure Outbound Callcenter with Predictive Dialer for Initially 10 Agents...

Whats the Recommendation for the Web Interface?Can FreePBX be used???

Because I dont see many Options in VicidialNow as in Freepbx(In Trixbox or Elastix)

VicidialNOW is a Linux dsitribution that has Asterisk as it's core PBX. ViciDial is the predictive dialer software. That being said, VicidialNOW supports Digium cards since it uses Asterisk as it's core PBX.

You need to configure your TE110 PRI card first with Asterisk. Running "genzaptelconf" as root usually does the trick. You then need to customize it according to your carrier settings. Here's a good link to start: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Aste ... aptel.conf .

My System already running Trixbox for Inbound agents....
Now I want to configure the same Box with Vicidialnow....

(Already Did a Failed Integration of Vicidial with Trixbox in Vmware)...
:(:(

Please Suggest if Scratch Installation of Vicidialnow will support all the Bells and Vessels of Trixbox....

Hi Good to hear about Trixbox. However, please confirm the following

1. Are you running your vicidial on Trixbox or on another system entirely

2. If on Trixbox, then you need to do a lot of work to make it to work with Vicidial. You can get some tutorials on that.

3. Did you ever achieve inbound call? On vicidial or trixbox.

It Does not matter whether VicidialNow Runs on the Same System (trixbox) or on Seperate one.......I can Configure both...

All i need is to configure is working Outbound Callcenter with Predictive Dialer....Which Supports Digium Card....

AsterccBox Also works fine since it has Freepbx Interface....But again it has Licencing Issues.....Max 5 Licences...

The Problem is Whether VicidialNow will be able to Support above Functions....

From all indications it seems you need to Use Digium card to achieve outbound call with Predictive Dialer function. If that is the case, these are thing I think you may need to do.

1. Confirm you Digium card is working.

2. Confirm it can take call take calls from your provider

3. Then go to Tutorial 2 of the Vicidial Manager's manual for outbound predictive dialing instruction.

I believe this may help. Please let me know how it goes.

You are wrong, it does matter if we are talking about the same machine and no virtualisation.
You cannot (easily) have both Trixbox and Vicidial on the same machine. Use dedicated box for Vicidial(NOW).
