my leads are not loading at all

Hello, i think i may be completely lost.. i keep adding leads. then it shows how many leads on the add lead screen. but they are not showing in the hopper at all.. anyway have a clue. they are being saved as csv from excell..

What is the filename of the file extension you loaded?

Did you follow the manager manual tutorial for loading leads?

Do any of your leads have a ' or a " any of their fields? These will throw off the sql that inserts the leads into the db.

Adding leads does not make them appear in the hopper.

You add leads to a List. Then you assign the List to a Campaign. Then the settings in the Campaign determine which ones should be available to Dial. Then a process runs and loads the appropriate number of leads into the hopper (from the Available Leads, of course).

So: Do the leads appear in a List? Do you have "Available leads" in the Campaign?

Hello i have VICIbox installed and after i have made a campaign i succefully loaded leads. What i don't understand is how to add these to a list.

After i loaded the leads i don't know where they have gone, did they go on one big pile? What if i loaded leads from a txt file and directly after that more leads from another txt file? Are they added together?

When i look at the Lists menu i see:
Show lists, Add a new list, search for a lead, Add number to DNC, Load new leads.

When i create a new list i don't see any option to add loaded leads to this new list?? How can i do this?

Hi, the list link on the Vicidial Administration keeps disappearing. I have installed Vicidialnow again but I still have the same problem. Please help. TY

Please post your Vicidial version and build (not the vicidialNOW iso version), also state whether you have installed any other software on the system.

Next: Are you saying that when you click on "Show Lists" it is there one minute and gone the next even though you have not deleted the list?

Hi. Well I have the VicidialNOW 1.2 CE iso version installed and no other software is installed on the system. I have installed again and it is working, for now. The problem was that the LIST link between CAMPAIGNS and SCRIPTS totally disappeared, wich meant that I could not add any list to my campaign. Thank you for your reply. Is there something wrong with the vicidialNOW iso version?

I can confirm this behavior.
The menu entry "List" disappears occasionally - but it comes back if you click on another menu entry...
Next time I run into this I'll check exactly what is going on and try to fix it. It's not a big issue though...

yes. but it is working fine now, I had to reinstall vicidialnow on my server though.
