Call Disposition in Recording Name

Hello we are running Asterisk 1.4 and Vici 2.0.5. We are wondering if it is at all possible to add some sort of disposition code into the recording name. I'm not sure if this is even possible but I thought maybe you guys may have some ideas.

Since the disposition code is not known when the recording is started No.

We have written batch processes to alter recording names and batch FTP recordings at night though, which is what I would recommend that you do.

if you copy all your recordings to another location AFTER the call (each night, or just after termination), you can alter their filenames to anything you like.

there are scripts (see the manual and the crontab entries) that already do this, but not presently based on dispo, so you will need to do a bit of modification.
