Creating Campaign Administrator

How do I go about creating a campaign administrator? I created a user and gave them Level 7 (also tried Level access and added them to their respective group but I cannot get the user to access anything on their campaign. I need to create an administrator that can view real-time screen for their respective campaign.

I dont think u can do it.

You should be able to give a user level 7 access and be able to view only reports, but you cannot restrict the campaign that they can see.
