Hi all,
With call menus I need some information regarding how to use call menu options A,B,C,D. How to give these characters as DTMF digits.

Some softphones like Zoiper have ABCD as DTMF keys on their dialpad.

Here I am using xlite and GrandStream BT-201. Please guide me how to give ABCD as DTMF from these phones.

You can't.
Do you really need more than 12 options for a call menu?
