Adapt_tapred functionality

Hi All,

As the description given in help for adapt_tepered, in the first half of the shift timings, my vicidialnow system is not doing more calls if the drop percentage exceeds the limit.

Dial leve used: 3
Dial level get : 1

Drop percentage used : 3
Drop percentage get : 10

Adapt intensity modifier : 0

I am not able to understand what adapt_tapred doing. Exactly how to use this dial method.

if you don't understand it, use ratio instead.

adapt is meant to allow the system to make your decision on ratio for you, but is meant for larger systems with a lot of calls in play and a lot of agents. if you have less than 20 agents it may not be something you need.

if, however, you find yourself adjusting the ratio regularly to maintain the drop level percentage at a legal limit, you could look into using adapt methods instead of pure ratio.
