Leads loaded but totals do not match

I have uploaded some leads (GOOD 5020) into a list, but when I go to the List page it only displays 2710 NEW leads. The Phone Code override I used was 44 instead of 01144. The server's time is GMT and the list also show that all numbers are GMT +0.00.

I have come across this issue before, but cannot remember the resolution for it. ANy help is appreciated. Thanks.

Issue resolved by changing file type for upload to Tab Delimited text file.
