Hi,
I have installed VicidialNow in one of my extra desktop pc (core2duo, 1G RAM and 160G HDD) for 10 agents only calling Singapore. My problem is how to make the campaign/system to automatically record the conversation of every calls.
I have already enable the Campaign Recording: ALLFORCE in Singapore Campaign that I have made. Recording Delay: 0
On the Agents Interface Options setting I have set VICIDIAL Recording Override: ALLFORCE
click submit and let the agents to log out and log in.
But when I look into the User Stats and search one of my agent leads called then the window went to Lead Record Modification and browse down below to see the RECORDINGS FOR THIS LEAD: but there is no record shows.
My concerns are:
How to set the recording for all calls made by my agents?
If there is a recording already in my database how can I pull it out to submit to our clients?
Do we have a search engine for the dispositions and recordings?
I tried to go to phpmyadmin but saw only processing icons and statuses.
Hope someone can help me on these, because I'm searching my question almost 3 hours on vicidial.org forum.
