Pull Out Records Marked as "SALE" in Auto Dialing

Hi ALL,

I was wondering if I could pull-out the records those were disposed off as "SALE"??? how?

Go to Reports > AGENT SPREADSHEET PERFORMANCE. Then fill in the criteria you need.

I tried this before posting a message here but it did not work for me. Any other way to track down the records marked as SALE?

There are a few ways to track down sales.

1. As stated before, Reports > Agent Performance Spreadsheet
2. Lists > Lead Search and enter the word SALE in the status field to search. Add any other criteria as required.
3. Check the user stats for the users that you know made sales.
4. Reports > Agent Performance Detail and then select the time and camapgin you want the report for. THis will list total sales made by each agent and you will need to look up the actual lead by checking users stats.
