I run a 2 shift operation. Day shift and evening shift 10am - 4pm - 10pm.
I would like to call the appropriate locations (TIMEZONE) at the appropriate time. meaning i want the dialer to only call west coast in the evening east cost in the day etc.
is this best done by setting the call time in the campaign menu or by adding filters ?
and if its by filters does anyone have an example??
i was a bit unclear if setting the call time in the campaign would actually only dial the leads from the list with that time zone.
