How to save all calls in another HDD ?
Or I have to transfer Voice file through FTP once call is complete and recorded and disposed ?

there are plenty of linux professionals happy to help and lots of forums to show you how to mount a HD directly into a path/folder on an existing filesystem.
alternately you can mount it as a completely new folder from root and tell your mixing system where to store it instead of the present recordings folder after mixing.
