Time Sync Error and How to Avoid It..

We all get Time Syn Error Now or then or sometime.

Make sure the timings are correct.

Means If u are from India , Make sure agent PC has IST and also the Server has IST setup. If server has EST, then set the timing on server as EST.

1) How to set Server time to IST ?
2) Need to change HWClock also ?
