How to take backup

i am running vcidial 1.3, read vicidial-getting-started-guide
now from other machine i can login agent001 and when it login i can hear
the voice you are the only person in campaign.

plz tell me what are the important things i should do like

1 - How to take Backup of CRM

2 - How to take Backup agent wise.

3 - How to take Backup of Database.

There is one script that can help you with the backup
in /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_backup.pl

Of course, you can use the FTP Transfer parameter in the admin.pl script that you can use it.

Open the admin.pl and look for #### FTP to the Backup server.
The FTP credentials should be stored in ect/astguiclient.conf
