Fresh Installment need help

We just successfully installed our vicidialnow server, updated IP address, made necessary changes in extensions.conf, added all the proper vicidial conferences in meetme.conf, added g729 codec, BUT when we tested and logged in on vicidial agent interface, the phone rang but it is giving us this error in CLI and hangsup:


WARNING[7641]: pbx.c:2377 __ast_pbx_run: Channel 'SIP/346-0942a1d8' sent into invalid extension 's' in context 'default', but no invalid handler

Help would be much appreciated!

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

did you run the update server ip script in /usr/share/astguiclient?

On a fresh install of VicidialNOW, you don't need to manually edit extensions.conf and meetme.conf. These are all automatically done by the system. Unless you're using Zap lines for trunks, then that's the time you need to manually edit some conf files.
