Agent's View

I see the Agent's View feature is in the older Client view template ( /agc) , but not in the newer one (agc2) - could any1 provide instructions on how to enable that, or add the code to the /agc2/vicidial.php page??

it's not really about "old" vs "new", it's about VicidialNOW vs VICIdial. The maker of VicidialNOW found that screen from a 3rd party developer and included it (because it's cool!). However, it was never added to "The Source Code" of this project (in large part because it was created for 2.0.5 when 2.2.0 was in development, so it was already "behind").

There have been several threads, and the maker of VicidialNOW has (if I recall) stated that he may do it for a fee, but that project is not yet at the top of his "free" pile.

So it's a custom page waiting for someone to "pay it" to be updated. I don't even know if anyone has asked the original creator of the page, which may be an intelligent move, but I do know he's been on the forum (the page's origin was discussed at length as well).

It's almost there. Fingers crossed (gasp!). Hehehe!

We're scheduled to release the next major version of VicidialNOW end of July. It includes the modified agent UI for 2.2.X. Just hangon tight to your seats.
