Real-Time Reporting issue

Postby Ghost385 » Wed Jul 21, 2010 12:04 pm

Hi there,

I am currently running into a problem with the Real-Time reporting with ViciDial VERSION: 2.4-262 | BUILD: 100709-1025 | Asterisk 1.4.27.1. We were previously using version 2.01 and when we went to the real time main report it would show us which agents were logged in and how long they'd been logged in etc...

Now we are now using version 2.4-262 because we need the features of 2.4 and the real time report doesn't show which users are logged in?

I can see the Session ID, Status, MM:SS (how long they've been logged in), Campaign, and the # of calls they've taken or made. All this information is helpful but it's of no use if our clients can't tell which agents/extensions/users are connected to this information.

We were able to see these same things in version 2.01 with the agent/extension/user info or whatever you want to call it. We desperately need to fix this because our clients need to be able to manage and monitor their agents.

I know that there are other types of reports built into 2.4-262 but our clients need real-time views of what their agents are doing. If it is possible to delete the reporting part of Vicidial 2.4-262 and use the reporting part of 2.01 that would be great because that's exactly what we need.

I have tried clicking the "Show Phones" link in the Real-Time report screen but it doesn't appear to do anything. I have also tried the other links there and the "Choose Report Display Options". Just in case you ask I've read both the Manager and Agent manuals :-). Please get back to me as soon as you can, we have had to delay moving clients on to this platform because of this issue. Thanks as always - Jon K.

What is the "Realtime Block User Info" user option set to for the user viewing this report?

Only 1 of the accounts had that set to 1 but it hid all of the user info for some reason in the real-time report screen, but it's working now :-). Thank you very much for your prompt help. FYI for anyone having the same issue and reading this, the "Realtime Block User Info" setting is in the User Account Settings after you make the User Account. Its at the bottom of all the settings that can be set to 1 or 0. Thanks again mflorell. - Jon K.
