Lead Loader not working in 2.21

Postby Ghost385 » Fri Jul 09, 2010 4:14 pm

We cannot get the lead loader in version 2.21 of Vicidial to load leads and we have tried virtually everything.

I have gotten it to say that it has identified 100 leads and 100 of them are good but when I go to the Show Lists to the list I assigned the leads to the lead count reads 0.

In the manual walkthrough it says to import the leads then make the list that you assigned the leads to with corresponding list IDs of course. I've tried that and I've tried making the list beforehand and then importing the leads to that list and nothing will work.

I have tried CSV, and Tab-Delimited TXT. I have tried using "Postal Coded First" instead of "Country Code and Area Code Only" for the lead time zone look up. I've tried ViciDial format and custom format. I've tried having the list ID be in the file and be in the override (of course I'm using the same number in both places). I've tried it in just the list and in just the List ID override section and pretty much every different combination of all the stuff I listed above but I can't get the leads to load.

Because of this we had to change one of our servers to 2.05 and the leads load just fine but our clients need the features that are included in 2.21 so we really need to find a way to get this working. FYI I've read the Manager and Agent manuals. Thank you very much for your assistance with this matter, please get back to me as soon as you can I am worried about losing clients over this; and thank you for the help you have provided to me with previous issues. - Jon K.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

Aside from the requirement above, how did you upgrade to 2.2.1?

We ended up using VERSION: 2.4-262 BUILD: 100709-1025 to solve our issues.

We originally installed 2.2.1 using the .iso method but we tried using the method where it downloads ViciDial (as we were told this might fix the problem) but we were unable to get it to work that way.

As far as the build we aren't on 2.2.1 anymore so I can't get that for you.

We were using Asterisk 1.2 but we have since upgraded to 1.4.27.1.

We don't use any actual telephony hardware, we use soft phones; particularly EyeBeam and Zoiper Biz either with the G729 or U/A-Law codecs.

As far as reading the manager and agent manuals I've done that as I stated in my original post.

We have no Digium or Sangoma Hardware, it's a single server and we have no additional software on the server.

The reason I responded to both of your posts is just in case someone else is running into this issue and it by chance helps them :-).

Let me know if you need any further info. - Jon K.
