goautodial creats new lead in manual list vtiger clicktodial

Hello,

My installation is GoAutoDial CE 2.0 RC iso.

Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
Dahdi
VtigerCRM 5.1.0
Sangoma 3.5.14

I have synchronized users with vtiger and click to dial is working fine. I have uploaded leads in vtiger then exported and uploaded in list in vicidial. Whenver users click to dial in vtiger it is creating a new lead in manual dial list 998.

I have also tried loading same leads in list 998 to check if it searches but it is not the problem persists.

Am i doing something wrong ? what fields does click to dial (vtigerservices.php) match to search for a lead record in vicidial ? Is there specific method to export and upload in vicidial from vtiger ?

Any help will be appreciable

Can't help you on this one mate. Haven't really gone under the hood yet and check the integration codes. That's what you might need to do.
