I thought trying was the only having problems with 2.4 upgrade and then when I am trying to upgrade mine from 2.2.1 to 2.4 svn (just pulled it today) and I encountered this:
ERROR 1054 (42S22): Unknown column 'db_schema_update_date' in 'field list'

I think I found out what's wrong with my system.
I was using vicidialnow 1.3 and upgrading it to 2.4 the default was 2.0.5 I think so I have to upgrade 2.0.5 mysql entries to 2.2.1 to 2.4 svn
