GoAutoDial - Login Issue - file permission Issues

I'm using vicidialnow and vicidial from last 2 years, its working fine.
Bcz of Asterisk 1.4 in goautodial, I just installed it. but when I create user accounts from GUI, I'm unable to login my softphone, then when I check in sip-vicidial.conf it has 'test' password. on reload the the system extension password change. please advise.

did someone use it, and it ready to use or there is a bug in it.

how did you "reload"?

consider a reinstall to see if there are any errors during installation, or try vicibox if the problem persists ... (never fear another reinstall! it cleans out your system)

The changes can take effect up to a minute. That's the way Vicidial was designed. It won't make a difference whether you're using GoAutoDial or Vicibox.

true enough, impatience during sip phone management can be that way.
