I m running survey campaign and want to bost dialing means if only 2 agent login i wish to dial out 40 calls at a time.I m trying adapt average or many thing but enable to reach 40 calls .
Any help Appritiated

Use any adapt setting (instead of ratio or manual) and set your "Drop Percentage Limit" to 100% and your Maximum Adapt Dial Level to 40.0
