Possible to have Agent Group Dial Prefix wise ?

I have One campaign and One set of Leads.

But 2 teams.

I want team 1 to use Carrier1 and team 2 to use Carrier2.

I can make agent group and add agent to that group.

But How abt assigning different carrier or dial prefix to 2 different groups ?

here's your problem: the calls are dialed BEFORE they are "assigned" to an agent. the agent assignment in a campaign happens in a script that runs AFTER the call is answered. so ... how does the dial script (which sends the call to the carrier) know which "group" this mystical future agent will be in?

if you want two teams to use two different carriers that actually reflect the amount dialed for each "group", you'll need to segregate your "list" and "campaign" into TWO lists and two campaigns.
