a bit more than 100%. We've found that reaching 50% means that you are about to hit the roof. Since "Peaks" generally go far above the "1,5,10 minute average", the client is often peaking at 80-90% when the system is cruising at 50% (every minute on the minute). As soon as it hit's or exceeds 100%, bad things that are unpredictable happen. Generally the first complaint is "two clients in one room", but it could be just about anything "odd" at that point.load average: 26.65, 27.52, 20.97
often means (but please correct me if i'm wrong) that they aren't hearing garbled or roboty voices or bad quality, they just can't hear each other. I'm guess this happens during these seriously high load moments. Which is likely an indicator that during overload, the vicidial system is becoming unreliable (transfers aren't happening properly, in this case, but like I said, it's just a guess from prior experiences). Of course, we don't generally use CentOS.Agents and customers sometimes unable to hear to each other.
