no leads are loaded i am getting this error when i make agent log in.
plz rectify this error, so that i can proceed.as i added my own campaign called TESTC i could not able continue with the project. i did same fields assignment to TESTC as it was done for TEST CAMPAIGN.

Try this (it worked for me):

1. Load the testlist101.csv (be sure to put 101 in "id field")
2. Go to LISTS.
3. Use "Add a new list"
4. Put 101 in "List ID" field
5. Rest is irrelevant.
6. Set Y to "active"

Try now.

And also remember to always list your vicidial version and build number as a bare minimum (even if you're having a bad day! ).

How did you format your list? Did you make sure you included a country_code on all entries?
