I just download the new vicidialnow (GoAutoDial) but the link to get the start guide seems to be unavailable.

or try hidemyass.com (not pretty, blows away 2 inches off the top of your browser ... but it will get you there if your IP is locked out ... I've had to recommend it to a few clients in "bad zones").
