I got this error please help

Can you ping google.com for example from the command prompt?

your server claims to be unable to look up the IP address for the carrier.

either you do not have DNS service or the carrier does not have an entry.

Code: Select all: ping www.irs.gov -c 2

and/or replace the domain name with the IP address of your carrier in the registration string and sip "host=" entries

if you can ping google, try pinging your provider's domain name (the one listed for "host" and in "register=>").

And PLEASE be sure you are doing this from the Vicidial server! LOL
