How to add 2 More tabs , apart from Customer Information and Script ?
One Tab will be for SMS where agent can send SMS to the customer directly and another tab for Email.

in iFrame inside script tab is easier.
if that's not "Good Enough" for you, you'll need to modify the agent's "vicidial.php" page. if you cannot determine the method to create a new tab ... you probably shouldn't be the one doing it. honestly.
(sorta like a mechanic asking where the engine is so he can fix your problem, take the car to a shop that KNOWS where the engine is! LOL)
