I want to enforce a rule that whenever any agent schedule a call back, it automatically scheduled/saved as his callback. I know Agent only callbacks are not dialed automatically and thats fine.
I tried removing the Schedule Call Back and only allowed Agent Only Call back, but in that case, the system didn't allow the agent to schedule the call back. The call back was saved, but without any additional information like proposed call back time, comments etc.
