Where is says "campaign active" I selected "NO" because this campaign should not be called anymore but the call backs in there are still vailid.
If the campaign is inactive will the agents still see their scheduled call backs for this campaign?
Thanks in advance!

scheduled callbacks are tied to a campaign unless you disable this in the system settings.
