Configure to outgoing call ?

I have a question.
I have a voip gateway with 1 pstn line and 2 ethernet port.
Can I make the outbound call using goautodial through that gatway?
Can i use the predictive dialer? Because The predictive dialing make many call at a time, so how a voip gateway with 1 line call , right ?

all you need is a system tht you can install Goautodial on
voip account for mins
leads - numbers where you will be dialing
