Goautodial upgrade - help

Hi

I have upgraded the system using the instructions on the wiki

However the system still shows version 2.0. When I ran the last command I get the error "ERROR 1008 (HY000) at line 1 in file: './configs/mysqlconfig.file': Can't drop database 'goautodial'; database doesn't exist"

This is the only error I have experienced during the upgrade.

Kernel Version showing as
2.6.18-194.8.1.el5.goPAE (SMP)

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

Sorry to hear your upgrade failed

most posts i have seen regarding upgrade...

Back up files n do a clean install

The strange part is that the system works fine and with all the features of Goautodial 2.1. It would appear that the kernel does not need to be updated.

As for the issue with the database it is a bit of a mystery.

We're still working on a clean upgrade path. The current upgrade instructions updates Vicidial to SVN 2.4 and it's prerequisites. It doesn't update the kernel and version number yet.
