Campaign pauses permanently after one call

Postby 155 » Thu Oct 27, 2011 9:03 pm

*** SOLUTION ADDED TO THIS POST, BECAUSE OF STICKY

I can login as an agent and make a call, but then it just asks me for a disposition and permanently pauses until I logout and then log back in. The dial another call option is grayed out and I can't make it come back unless I logout and log back in to make one more call only to have to logout and login again.

I'm operating in manual mode so there is no resume button.

I did delete my list and then recreate it before this started, because I accidentally put the first name field into the last name and the first name so I had to delete the first list that I uploaded.

Please help.

SOLUTION THANKS GARDO

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Try using autodial (even if on 1:1 dialing) instead of manual dial. If that fails, try using Vicibox instead of GoAutoDial.
