Not ringing out?

Postby Poneks01 » Fri Nov 04, 2011 8:45 am

Okey so ive just installed latest goAutoDial and just copied EVERYTHING carriers etc from our old vicidial.

When i login the sipphone rings and i hear the "Your the only person in this conference" message. So far everything is good.

I can call that 4 digit thing and hear music. So far everything is good.

BUT when i try to call out with example manual, it just beeps 2 times fast in sipphone then in agent login screen it sais like "waiting for ring...1sec, 2sec, 3sec up to 10 seconds then it popsup CHANUNAVAIL case:16.

Whats wrong ?

Please if you want me to post any information tell me where i find it cause i dont really know anything about this.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

_______

You probably need to run the admin update server ip script, if I recall correctly:

perl /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl

You may also have to upgrade your database to match your vicidial installation if the version you just installed does not match the prior system perfectly. Instructions in /usr/src/astguiclient/VERSION in a file named "UPGRADE".

Have you configured the following:

1. Network settings
2. Carrier settings

I highly recommend following the Getting Started Guide here:

First of all, you post this in every thread, and now it seems like you dont even read the threads before you post it. If you would have read my thread you would have noticed that i said "If you any info tell me where to find it" Since im new to this i have no clue. I have setup both the network and the carrier correctly.

I did read your thread. Are you saying that you have NO idea where to find any of this information?

You don't know the name of the .iso from which you installed? You don't see any version numbers on any of your admin screens? You don't know if you did or did not install any Digium/Sangoma hardware?

Happy to help, but I don't have a lot of extra time. Seriously.
