Got SIP response 480 "Temporarily Unavailable" back from 216.94.155.229
ask your VOIP provider why they are rejecting your calls. Perhaps you are trying to use more SIP channels than your account is alloted?

1) Telephone from the phone company that plugs into a wall: ONE line/channel
2) Cell phone from AT&T: TWO lines/channels (with conferencing, generally free!)
3) VOICE T1 from Verizon: 23 lines/channels (if dedicated to voice with no internet)
4) VOIP with an internet connection to ANY provider: your contract and internet bandwidth will limit your lines/channels. Your agreement with the provider may include anywhere from ONE to FIVE THOUSAND channels. Most providers will start you with somewhere between Two and Ten channels and will often include this in your "legals" during signup. If you are "allowed" two channels and you have two channels "live" and then ask for a third channel ... your rejection message could conceivably be "Temporarily Unavailable" or "Congestion" or one of several others.
