Unable to ping Vicidial over site to site VPN

Hi Guys,

I've setup a site to site VPN and I can ping Vici from Windows on the central site but is unable to or can not ping from Windows to Vici on the remote site. However, if I ping another server that has linux OS on the central site from a Windows machine on the remote site, it is being resolved.

I was able to ping the remote site by adding internal default gateway on Vici. The problem now is that Vici does not ring the softphone when a user logs in. This is even that the sip is registered on the softphone of the remote site from the central site.

I've disabled NAT on Vicidial and just left the one in the firewall but it still does not make the softphone respond when agent logs in to the Vici interface. Can somebody help me. Thanks in advance.

Have you try to open this in your firewall.
sip: 5060 (udp)
iax: 4569 (udp)
rtp: 10000 to 20000 (udp)
