Gardo : my.conf setting in GoautoDial

Somehow , my calls get STOPS and after doing some research I found that Mysql and Asterisk are NOT being able to syn properly.

I got an advice to change setting of my.cnf and increase few values.

But when I see ,my.cnf file under etc folder, I don't find any thing to change.

How to do it ?

I get this Error in ASTERISK CLI before calls get stop :

How did you find out that Asterisk and Mysql were not able to sync properly? What do you mean by not able to sync properly?

In one of the forum posting .. someone also faced the same problem ... also when I restart mysql.. calls get start... but I have to ask my agents to log off and login..

I'd go for Wilper's advice from: http://goautodial.org/boards/3/topics/356. Most probably your calls didn't terminate properly or the sessions got stuck somewhere clogging vicidial_xfer_log table.

Monitoring you asterisk CLI logs,Server logs and Mysql logs will give you an idea where to find the cause of the issue.
You can also check the stability of RTP connection/network connection between your Dialer and your carrier or sip switch.
