Time Synchronization Prblem

HI,

Timing for both Servers and agent system are same, but still i get this time synchronization problem.

Can Anyone help me.

when i get this issue, i change the time zone of the phones to server time and run

ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/UTC /etc/localtime

at the command line

restart the system.... just check if this resolves your issue[/code]

Try Changing Dialer Date

Your dialer Date which is seen on your dialer admin screen should be same as your current system time, just enter the command given below and select your timezone and restart the server Time Synchronization Problem will be solved.

"system-config-date"
