Multiple Calls

I logged in as an Agent.

Soft Phone Rang up.

Didn't Resume.

After few secs I see there is another call in Same Soft Phone.

All my other systems are OFF.

Any Help why all of a sudden

No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.
